Dr Chan Po Fun previously served as Clinical Lead for Heart Failure Services at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, where she developed a multidisciplinary programme recognised among the Top 5 Quality Improvement Projects (2021).

​

As Director of the Cardiac Diagnostic Laboratory, she introduced advanced echocardiography and functional imaging services. She contributed to national standards as a member of the Ministry of Health Heart Failure Services Improvement Sub-Committee.

​

Her work has been recognised with Service Quality Awards (Silver ×2) and she has certifications from:

Dr Chan Po Fun is a Consultant Cardiologist in Singapore with subspecialty interests in Women’s Heart Health, Cholesterol Management, Heart Failure, and Cardio-Oncology.
